With our spec products which is our house and land packages where the terms are 10% down, balance on completion, we provide a turn-key product, meaning everything is included in the package, just turn the key and move in.

These packages are pre-planned and the structural design cannot be changed, however, clients can make variations or upgrades to internal finishes;

  • Cupboards

  • Light Fixtures

  • Electrical outlets etc...

as long as the construction has not past the point where changes or additions can be made.
